It seems something is amiss here, but there is a workaround. Yes, this seems like an installer bug. I'll see about getting it resolved. In the meantime, you're right, deleting the FxPlugSDK receipt and re-installing the SDK is the best workaround.

(again: After all the Studio installers and updates). No headers. And if I delete /Library/Receipts/FxPlugSDK.pkg and reinstall the SDK, then the headers appear.
