Hi Emile,
It looks like these get stashed in
~/Library/Application Support/Xcode/Key Bindings
copy those files to your new machine and they should show up in your
"Key Bindings" preferences.
Like Darrin says, I bet you'd find an answer even faster on the Xcode
list!
