If you take the ratio the time codes you give...
1:01;06 = 61.194466666666666666666666666667
1:01;04 = 61.127733333333333333333333333333
which makes perfect sense-- the notion of specifying time code as the
ratio of two numbers is present throughout Apple's multimedia APIs.
For example CMTime struct, stores "value" and "timescale". I assume
that 30000 might correlate to 30 fps...
