Hi Mary,
The Laptop does not have "internal speakers" option.
Do you know how to add that?
Dan

Hi Dan,
I've seen this in the past with previous updates. Sometimes, I would find that the update had set the sound output to Headphones instead of Internal Speakers.
Open System Preferences, Click on Sound and the click on the Output tab to check it out. Choose Internal Speakers for the "Choose a device for sound output" option.
