Our school, The Montessori School of Denver, uses email as a vital form of communication with parents. Unfortunately, email sent to both me.com and mac.com (both owned by Apple) are delayed in their delivery anywhere from a few hours to several days. When this issue happened with AOL and Yahoo, I contacted them, filled out a form about who we are and why we send emails to addresses in their domains and delivery immediately improved --they white-listed our email domain for quick delivery rather than the delayed delivery we were experiencing. I cannot find any way to contact anyone at either me.com or mac.com to do something similar. Anyone have a solution for me? Ed Feist, Ed.D.
