Hi Ed, Use this KB article to gather the info you'll need when you contact MobileMe support:
Basically, since you're approaching this from the perspective of the sender/ISP rather than that of the MobileMe subscriber, you'll have to have some details in hand, including specific emails, dates, and header info, if possible.
When you have that detailed information, click here to get to the support page:
Click on the MobileMe Mail link on the left under Categories. Click on Receiving Mail. Once you do this, you'll see a list of "Have You Tried?" and at the bottom of that is the Express Lane link that will get you to a support person.
