I am having two issues.
1. Using multiple network options I repeatedly receive an error when attempting to purchase Notability this week. I have received this message 5 times trying to order Notability app through vpp for K12 ed for our school. I get it as soon as I hit “Buy” after the page accepts my quantity.
We are currently experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later.”
Any suggestions?
2. Using our filtered ( new LightSpeed install) network, we (multiple devices and people) cannot download or update apps. I have accessed and forwarded knowledge article ts1629 to our IT dept. Light Speed researched this tried setting exceptions for apple.com etc. without success.
