I'm looking for any customers that might be tasked with the management and support of iPads owned by other organizational units within their institution and have crafted a Service Level Agreement (SLA) so that both parties have a clear understanding of requirements, what to expect, etc. If you have this type of document, would you mind sharing with another higher education institution?
Let's pretend that Central IT supports a cart of 30 iPads, and any department/group is allowed to use that cart, per the SLA. This would probably be a HiEd question, but I'm willing to hear anything that anybody may have. Thanks, Corey
