Check your Configurator preferences. On the General Tab>'When a supervised device is connected:', make sure "Automatically Refresh" is unchecked.

Everytime I hook up an iPad Configurator deletes everything. Why is this? I have done this countless times so I don’t believe it is my fault. I have tried no restoring to backup, and even restoring to backup. I have tried not adding 7.0.4 but it forces me to.
