Hi Kelly, When you say "everything," do you mean all third-party apps, or something else? There are several significant settings that I'm aware of in Configurator that could be causing problems. 1) In Preferences, there's the "Remove all apps and profiles Configurator did not install" checkbox. 2) In Supervise, if you choose to restore from a backup every time, it's going to wipe the iPad and restore it to your master before it reinstalls apps. This will delete all user content on the device. This shouldn't impact any apps you're managing with Configurator, but will erase any user-installed apps. 3) If you have a restriction under Media Content for Apps that is less than "Allow All Apps," this profile will probably delete some of your apps immediately after Configurator installs them. We had a situation where someone chose "Don't Allow Apps" in this section, and it would delete every app that wasn't a part of iOS. 4) I haven't had any problems with the "Allow installing apps" setting under Restrictions on the Functionality tab in recent versions of Configurator, but if you're not up to date, it's possible that this could be interfering as well. -Erik

Everytime I hook up an iPad Configurator deletes everything. Why is this? I have done this countless times so I don't believe it is my fault. I have tried no restoring to backup, and even restoring to backup. I have tried not adding 7.0.4 but it forces me to.
