[Rockies-Edu] 10.7.5 Profiles randomly disappearing on laptops

We have a 10.7.5 Profile Server and we have a couple carts that keep dropping all their profiles. They end up with just Remote Management and Trust.

Anyone else run into this issue or have found a fix?
