We have had a few iPads that have had screen problems that are supervised through configurator. We decided to use the backup device in configurator 1.4 to backup the device which completes successfully. When we then connect a new ipad to supervise and restore using the backup file we get an error "unable to decompress archive buffer Error." We have tried this on two separate ipads with two separate backup file and get the same result. Is it not possible to back up and restore using configurator? Are we missing a step? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Jonathan "Cairo" Ender
