Wes, Are these iPod touches, iphones or iPads you’re talking about? I’m assuming iPads and are you trying to use mail on them through your exchange server or is it just general problems with the devices connecting to your network? Just openly thinking. Maybe it’s a proxy setting you have or don’t have set up that you need? Do you need to manually enter Mac addresses somewhere for your server to recognize them as a static connection vs. dynamic so you don’t have to remove other devices? Maybe it’s related to a firewall/security setting you have? Is there an update on your server you need to do? Don’t know if any of that will help, but maybe. -Jonathan From: rockies-edu-bounces+jonathan.ender=email@hidden [mailto:rockies-edu-bounces+jonathan.ender=email@hidden] On Behalf Of Wes Hines Sent: Wednesday, September 18, 2013 9:55 AM To: email@hidden Subject: [Rockies-Edu] Exchange email - iOS devices I am looking for assistance with an issue with mobile devices setting up a exchange email connection. Our District just set up an new exchange server and in the process of transferring accounts to the new server some mobile iOS devices are no longer able to connect to the exchange server. Looking for a solution to get the iOS devices to reconnect to their exchange accounts. Wes Hines Web Master SD#5 ~Digital Media Instructor Scanned with Barracuda Firewall Systems.
