I'm not sure what is going on here - I have asked around and no one I know is familiar with this. It might be a feature, but regardless please call Enterprise Support and let me know what they say?

This might be a good time to call Enterprise support (1-866-752-7753) because if you are seeing a bug, AppleCare needs to know!

Now I just restore the iPad using iTunes, but with iOS7, you can not wipe an iPad without the passcode.  I can use Airwatch to remove the passcode, but the device has to be online, and they seldom are by the time they get to me.

The devises are supervised, but to un-supervise and restore I need the passcode (again).

Any suggestions?
