I do push the force passcode through AW, but I wouldn't think that would have anything to do with that

Am I doing this totally wrong, Configurator is 1.4, and I am worried I will have even more issues when all the students have updated to iOS7

I just supervised an iOS 7 device with Configurator 1.4, set a passcode manually in the Settings app, and was able to unsupervise it while the device was locked (Supervise mode->USB Connected->right click the device and choose "Unsupervise").

I did have to reboot my computer... I was initially getting a "failed to remove profile" error that prevented unsupervising to occur, but I was never asked for a passcode.

Can you walk me through the steps that result in a failure to unsupervise?

This might be a good time to call Enterprise support (1-866-752-7753) because if you are seeing a bug, AppleCare needs to know!

Now I just restore the iPad using iTunes, but with iOS7, you can not wipe an iPad without the passcode. I can use Airwatch to remove the passcode, but the device has to be online, and they seldom are by the time they get to me.

The devises are supervised, but to un-supervise and restore I need the passcode (again).

Any suggestions?
