I wanted to add an update with Kelly¹s iPad problem. I double checked to
make sure all his profiles and accounts were the same. When attempting to
use configurator we would get the message "Unable to attach device to
Apple Configurator². I pulled up iTunes and it said the iPad was
supervised by another computer.
Digging deeper into the iPad I wanted to see what ³profiles² were
installed on the iPad. However, in the iPad Settings under General, there
are no profiles even listed.
I don¹t want to believe that these iPads were not supervised or a student
did a reset on itŠ
Curious if anyone has had an issue with configurator not recognizing
supervised devises.
