I have tried unsuccessfully to use Configurator. I have read every blog I could find. I have worked with Apple Enterprise Support. (I haven't been able to follow completely their recommendations.) My knowledge of this topic is growing, but perhaps just not getting the key points yet. Thanks for your suggested link. I'll check it out.
