Update on Caching server:
iOS 8.0.2 fixes a bug that prevented iOS devices from using OS X Caching Server to download iOS updates. iOS 8.0.2 enables iPad 2 to leverage OS X Caching Server again. A future update to iOS will resolve the issue for all other iOS devices that support iOS 8. Please view http://support.apple.com/kb/HT6456 for more information as it becomes available.
