Are you saying that the devices do not have the iCloud restore from backup step in setup assistant after an “erase all content and settings” ?If they are DEP assigned devices, you can customize the setup assistant steps during enrollment in AirWatch. Is it possible that your enrollment has been customized to exclude that step?
