We use JAMF Software's Casper Suite. Their MDM has everything I need to manage our nearly 1K iPads and over 1200 computers. They've released updates with any new capabilities that Apple allows MDMs to do within 2 weeks of Apple announcing them and I have always been able to reach knowledgeable and helpful tech support when I have needed them.
