I'm going to piggy back off Jesse Cole's comment and say that Casper suite from Jamf has been the best MDM for us and Apple products for the past 2 years+. Support has a very quick response time and there is an account manager assigned to your account that is great for questions that you may not be able to find an answer to on Jamf Nation. Jamf Nation is their community board with very active members and a thoughtful layout of information and feature requests. Jamf is what Apple uses for their MDM whenever they do a presentation and that is a pretty big sign for me.
