Most likely... not. OSX uses PBX. W2K uses the legacy PB (aka WOPB).
They are not compatible.
If you want to do cross platform development, you may want to take a
look at WOProject:
http://www.objectstyle.org/woproject/
There is also an Eclipse plugin for it (WOLips).
Finally, you may want to reconsider using launch script altogether and
use WOStart instead:
