Open OS X project on Windows2K

Can I open WebObjects 5.1 project file which is created on Mac OS X using
Windows2K?
As to WebObjects 4.5, it is simply and useful. I transfer a project file and
related files from Mac to Win, and I can open project.
But now, Windows show the alert "PB.project doe's not be found." to me.
Because "PB.project" is a name of project name used in the older version's
ProjectBuilder.
Do you know the solution for this problem?
