Debugging WO projects using latest Project Builder

I have been unable to debug since updating to the Dec 2002 dev tools.
I have tried with the HelloWorld example just to make sure that the
trouble does not just exist in my project with the same results.
I have come up with the following, the application is started the exact
same way when running as when debugging (cannot be sure if this has
always been the case). As far as I can tell jdb is not being used for
the debugging. All my break points are ignored and the JavaBug> is
also gone from the console. My question is how do I get PB to use the
debugger? Any help will be most appreciated.
Just as an aside I have the java 1.4 DP8 installed, but the default jdk
is set to 1.3.1 and jdb is in its normal place and works as expected.
I do not think that this is the trouble, but who can tell.
Currently in PB Debug == Run with a different template. Not very
useful.
