Practical question on web page cosmetics

What is the "usual" way to integrate a Main.html (as generated, say in
a WOApp from a .wo file) into "cosmetics" of a web page as might be
generated by Dreamweaver? The objective would be to have a call to the
.woa file return a complete web page rather than the bare bones one. I
suppose just copying the component tags etc. from the generated
Main.html into the external generated page and renaming it Main.html is
one brute force approach. Are there others? Using XMl/XSLT is a
possiblity but that still requires page design; I want to use pages
already designed.
