PBX doesn't support subprojects in the way the old PB did. But you can create PBX groups, add files to these groups that might have been subprojects in a prior life and add Build Phases to compile (or whatever) these groups in any order you want. This is actually much more flexible, but you need to read the PBX documentation for details.
