mysql

Hello

i am following little instructions about mysql and WO from
http://www.prnet.de/RegEx/mysql-wo.html

i am able to connect to mysql on remote server, use EOModeler etc..

however - being compete newbie - i don't understand the instructions:

"To make life easier, add the MysqlPlugIn.java to your project (or put
it somewhere in the classpath). It will attach the proper flags to
your connection URL."

"If you don't use the plugin, you should add the flags described above
to your jdbc-url."

when i add the plugin into my project, it returns 34 errors and i don't know what flag is.

i am using WO5.2 on MAC OS 10.2.5 with mysql on the remote redhat
machine.

any ideas? Using mysql is crucial as the application i will eventually
produce will have to use existing data source...

thanx
