Try modifying your build settings in Xcode to:
SERVLET_SINGLE_DIR_DEPLOY = NO
SERVLET_STUB_WAR = NO
SERVLET_TRUE_WAR = YES
SERVLET_DEPLOY_LICENSE = <your deployment license>
