J,
I too am a newbie, but I believe 10.3 uses xcode as the IDE instead of
project builder. I recently did a reinstall and followed Apple's
recommended install order.
Per Apple:
"If you are creating a new Mac OS X WebObjects 5.2 development system,
you should install the software in the following order:"
1. Mac OS X 10.3
2. Xcode 1.0 Developer Tools
3. WebObjects 5.2 Developer
4. WebObjects 5.2.2 Developer
See article # 107649 at Apple Support.

OSX 10.3.2 - WebObjects 5.2.2 - Project Builder 2.1
Downloaded evaluation development copy. Installation appeared OK.
Working through tutorial and in
http://developer.apple.com/documentation/WebObjects/Web_Applications/
index.html I dont have the WebObjects section in the Project Builder
Assistant.
Is there something I need to do to configure the PB?
