Newbie question

OSX 10.3.2 - WebObjects 5.2.2 - Project Builder 2.1

Downloaded evaluation development copy. Installation appeared OK. Working through tutorial and in http://developer.apple.com/documentation/WebObjects/Web_Applications/ index.html I dont have the WebObjects section in the Project Builder Assistant.

Is there something I need to do to configure the PB?
