My case, it is
http://localhost:50030/cgi-bin/WebObjects/testapplication
When I tried to change "localhost" to "127.0.0.1". It does work, even if
the internal modem is connecting to the Net.
Also tried "192,168.0.2" (my private address) but I doesn't work.

I have already tried several times. But I couldn't see Netscape come up
by a generated page by project builder.
In your case, have you successfully changed the other browser from IE?

I've done it.
It may require restart the system. So I will let you know once I found the results.
