My concern is with Apple's Support program's for business solution providers such as myself. I've recently been in contact with several local members of the Apple Consultant's Network and frankly I have not been impressed with them.

If you aren't satisfied with Apple Consultant's Network support, Apple provides various levels of support and consulting as well: http://www.apple.com/services/. Both the technical support and consulting organizations offer considerable WebObjects expertise and experience both in development and deployment.

With the amount of money you'd be saving on product licensing, you should certainly consider the assistance offered by Apple.
