My concern is with Apple's Support program's for business solution

If you aren't satisfied with Apple Consultant's Network support, Apple
provides various levels of support and consulting as well:

consulting organizations offer considerable WebObjects expertise and
experience both in development and deployment.
With the amount of money you'd be saving on product licensing, you
should certainly consider the assistance offered by Apple.
