Any many-to-many relationship you configure manually should be
identical to that set up by EOModeler. Duplicating what EOModeler does
can be difficult because there are 4 relationships whose properties
must be set up correctly. So it's best to use EOModeler to avoid
possible bugs that result from an improperly-configured many-to-many
relationship.
