DB Crashes

One more thing.

Every time I use the EOModelers 'Join in Many To Many', and then click the SQL button to start the SQL, it ALWAYS crashes. I thought it was maybe because my DB had a lot of entities and it was a memory problem, but the same thing happened every time with dummy 2 entity (+ the join table) models.
Is there something special you have to do prior to making the join table?
Also, is there any problem if I manually assign the relationships? Will it still be the same as the many-to-many WO is supposed to make?
