You can check the generated MacOSClassPath.txt inside you Application.woa/Contents/MacOS This will have the default classpath information. To add a new ClassPath, you can go inside Project Builder.
1. Select "Targets" tab
2. Go to "Search Paths" under "Settings"
3. Select the Java Classes
4. Click the "+" button to add a new path.
