If this list is moderated, perhaps the moderator could clarify the deployment of apps in tomcat. Does this require a deployment license?

Here is another one. If I have OSX Server 10.1.4 and the deployment license does not come with WO5.2 except for testing, can I deploy 5.2 applications on OSX server10.1.4 tomcat? (they do work)

Any help would be....helpful
