The best place to ask for a definitive answer is from email@hidden
However, regardless of whether you deploy in JavaMonitor, TomCat, WebSphere, or
some home grown system you are still using the WebObject's runtime
(com.webobjects.appserver.* etc.) which is Apple's IP. I cannot see how or why
Apple would let you use this without paying a license fee.

If this list is moderated, perhaps the moderator could clarify the
deployment of apps in tomcat. Does this require a deployment license?
Here is another one. If I have OSX Server 10.1.4 and the deployment
license does not come with WO5.2 except for testing, can I deploy 5.2
applications on OSX server10.1.4 tomcat? (they do work)
Any help would be....helpful
