I don't think the classpath is used much / at all.  It is archaric anyway
and not suited to differing application needs.  If you are using the
WOBootstrap class to launch, then just pop them in the WebObjects
extensions directory.  See

Otherwise you will need to add them to classpath file(s) for your project.
I don't reccomend the Java extensions mechanism for this, but it might be
OK for JavaMail.  The classpath file for Windows is

AppName.woa\Contents\Windows\CLSSPATH.TXT
