I use Perforce. There's no direct support in PB (only CVS is supported
by PB), but there is in Xcode. And I saw there's a plug-in for Eclipse
(can't tell you anything about that since I don't use Eclipse).
Perforce is commercial software, but you get a free license for up to 2
users. And it's supported on about every platform.
There's now also a graphical client for Mac OS X.
