Is there anything different we should do for WO Frameworks that we build?

I ask because some of the variables that are assumed to exist for a WO Application do not seem to exist for a framework - should we just add them in the same way the KB article talks about adding JAVA_COMPILER???

WebObjects 5.2: Using Java 1.3.1 With Mac OS X After Java 1.4.1 Is
Installed

For customers who have installed Java 1.4.1, the following AppleCare
Knowledge Base article describes how to specify that a WebObjects
application should use the earlier 1.3.1 VM. Included is a method to be
used during project development as well as a method to use for an
already deployed application.
