Dov,

Thanks for the response.  I am running Windows 2000, and I did try what
you suggested, I deleted the Apple directory, I searched through the
Registry and removed all reference to Apple and Web O.  However I didn't
find the location of the uninstall, so It still shows up in the Add
Remove programs.  So I had to repair the install (instead of doing a
clean install), and still the same problem.

Any other Ideas?

you didn't mention if it was Unix, OSX, or Windows. In any case I would
delete all of the WebObjects install manually and reinstall. If on
Windows, make sure to delete the registry settings and the services -
probably will have to reboot a couple of times
