XCode > Missing file or directory ERROR

i've updated some of my 5.2.1 projcects to XCode + 5.2.2 w/out any problems.

sometimes if i edit a file in the 5.2.2 project i get a "Missing file or directory" error on build. i've deleted the file and then added it back into the project but XCode still thinks that it's missing??? to further confuse me, this only happens on some of my updated projects...

thanks for any help,
./james
