In past versions of WO, if you install a "development" WO, but then
change the license key to a proper 'deployment' license, you will have a
fully functioning 'deployment' install. (Along with some extra stuff that
wouldn't normally be present in a deployment install, but that extra
stuff doesn't hurt anything). If you did NOT change the license to a
'deployment' license, your apps running under the 'development' license
would be limited to a certain number of requests-per-second, which would
of course be unacceptable in a true deployment situation. But changing
the license fixed that, and there were no problems.
[Presumably you've also done nothing whatsoever to violate your Apple
license by doing this, as long as you use a valid deployment license key
which you do in fact own, and only use it on that one machine. ]
I'm not sure if this will be the case with 5.2.2 on OSX, and I'm not sure
how you change/upgrade the license key on an OSX WO install (I am new to
WO on OSX myself), but it's probably worth messing around with this stuff
with the previous facts in mind.
