France televisions (www.france2.fr and france3.fr, public television in France) still uses WO to build all .html on main site. Everywhere you see a 'NIL' in the url.. ;-) Using both a fail-over mechanism and a watchdog to create pages.
But they are rumored to be preparing something else. It's a shame as it's been working flawlessly for 2 years now without major trouble. Only thing is the company that deveoped the site (for which I worked) has shut down.
