I am not that sure about that...
first of all, Win2K should be compared with OSX Server (not with OSX).
secondly, there are services available in OSXS which I never saw in W2K
(at least in its default install).
finally (not to talk about the easer mantainment), OSXS can serve
virtually all OSs (including win and linux) which is not the case for
W2K.
