EOModel: retrieving tableattributes

hello,

i want to display a table of variable width that represents the contents of a databasetable. the user should be able to choose which coloums of the table he wants to see. There fore i want to retrieve the attributes of my table instead of hardcoding them.

How can i retrieve the names of the attributes of EOmodel? What's the name of the Object that represents my databasetable? I suppose it is an NSDictionary and i can use the properties() method to retrueve an NSArray of attributes.
