yes XML (and therefore XHTML) requires attributes to be quoted.
This doesn't include the name of a WebObject Tag I suppose (the binding
name) as WOBuilder won't let me quote this anyhow. For example:
<webobject name=Hyperlink_seeSample>(see sample here)</webobject>
