Changing EOModel login on the fly?

I have a DirectToWeb application connecting to an LDAP database. However, I need to be able to connect to login window with the actual ldap username/password for logging in and editing the database. Whats the best way to go about this? The database is designed so that people will only get access to records at their site, so the database requires they login with their own user/password to make changes.
