I agree; WOBuilder is REALLY buggy. I haven't had too many functional
problems, but there are a bunch of interface bugs that drive me up the
wall (command-W closing the Inspector or Validation panel, for example,
rather than the document) and I've noticed that it isn't as stable as
I'd expect. Too bad Apple hasn't improved WOBuilder (and EOModeler);
Xcode is great, but the others need work much more than ProjectBuilder
did. Major revisions are long overdue. (Note to Apple: Let us know
before you do the next versions; I, at least, will be glad to provide a
lengthy wish list.)

Editing isn't the big problem for me, but it would be great if the
preview mode used webkit. Drag-and-drop bindings in source view sounds
interesting, but I'd settle for the inspector and validation panels
working in source view.
