is there any tool to replace the EOModler for windows?

Well, if you head over to
<http://www.tufty.co.uk/Software/EOPage.html>, you might find
EOModelEditor useful. It's a quick and nasty EOModel editor I hacked
together while working on getting GNUstep gdl2 working on OSX. It
requires an Objective-C EOF (and _might_ be usable with the private
EO*.frameworks installed by WO on OSX). It's also no EOModeler. No
graphical side (yet). You can't drag from it. No guarantees. No
anything. But you can take the source and do what you want with it.
It might be a starting point, anyhoo.
The rest of the page is seriously out of date, as I've been tied up
with paid work for a while now ;-)
